We can accept the following formats:
Our preferred file type is Adobe PDF
We can also take: .JPG, .PSD, .AI, .EPS.
If you are using Microsoft Publisher or any other Microsoft Office files please convert them to PDF before sending. If you cannot convert them, we may be able to use them, but you will need to approve a proof copy before we run the entire job.
When sending files, please be sure to enclude all graphics and fonts, preferably in one file using a compression utility, like WinZIP.
When sending your files, please include the following information:
Contact Name, Phone Number, Quantity and Sizes, Color or Black & White, Type and color of paper, and any other special handling instructions.
Please contact one of our Service Representatives by phone (336) 333-9900 to let us know that you are e-mailing a job to us. Also, if possible, fax us a printout (336) 333-9910 so that we can make sure our output matches your output.
We can accept files through E-mial up to 30 Megs. in size.

Just be sure to substitute "at" with the @ symbol and remove the spaces
For lager files, you can mail us or bring us your file on CD, ZipDrive, USB Memory sticks.
